Working as Offshore Data Migration Lead for Life Science Domain project. Responsible for end to end delivery of all Data Migration Objects. Involved in planning of initial phases of the project like Data Migration Workshops, Object Scope, MOCK Plan, Build effort estimation, Build Plan, etc. Developed many automations for MOCK Status tracking and reporting using Power Automate/Flow, Power BI and Excel Power Query/Macro. Responsible for Daily/Weekly Status tracking and reporting for Project management.

Delivered 2 Chemical Domain projects during my tenure as Team Lead. Was responsible for end to end delivery of data objects under my Work streams. Was responsible for requirement gathering from onshore counterparts, analysis and effort estimation. Was responsible for code reviews, TD reviews, defect reviews and fixes, data analysis, error analysis, performance tuning and Cutover shift/resource planning. Received 2 ACE Awards for Delivery Excellence.

Worked as Senior developer in Data Migration team of the project. Worked on data migration for HCM, IM/PS, LE, PP, QM, MM, PM, FICO data objects using LSMW, BDC, BAPI, Function Modules and also using IDoc via SAP BODS. Developed many LSMWs, custom ABAP load programs and error log generation programs. Involved in performance tuning and performance monitoring of load tools. Prepared various guideline documents, run documents, risk analysis/mitigation documents.

Responsible for ABAP developments in SAP FI module. Worked closely with the team of Functional Consultants and Core team members. Developed many complex BDCs for Export collection accounting. Developed custom ABAP Programs for creating/deleting payment advices, changing/creating FI documents. Worked extensively on OOPS ALV, BDCs, BAPI, etc.

Involved in in-depth assessment of development requirements. Helped the functional consultants in preparation of functional specifications. Prepared technical specification documents based on functional specification. Developed various ALV Reports, Smart forms, BDCs and LSMWs for HR, FI, MM and PS modules. Coordinated with core team members for resolving various technical and functional issues. Provided support as SAP HR Consultant post go live and also during Rollout project.
