I am concentrating on empowering the right person at the right position and setting up processes for the smooth functioning of the organisation. I still involve myself with the projects and process improvements to make sure the service we offer is of good quality.

I was hired as a Merchandiser when this role was not well defined inside the organisation. I got the opportunity to learn all aspects of business at Mallow International. I understood and experienced the value of good service delivery here and learnt the nuances of client handling and project management. I also involved myself in setting up the process and defining the role of a Merchandiser at Mallow International.
