Seit über 10 Jahren in der Autolackwelt berufstätig. Hauptsächlich im Bereich der Lacke für den Kunststoffanbauteile Bereich. Erfahrung mit Europäischen und internationalen Kunden. Mein Technisches Verständnis der vertretenden Produkte, gepaart mit dem Wissen an der Linie, hilft die Aufgaben und Probleme zu bewältigen und den Kunden zufriedenzustellen. Hinter dem Produkt zu stehen was man vertritt, war immer schon eine sehr wichtige Sache für mich. Alleine, Ohne ein gut laufendes Team, wird man alle Aufgaben dieser Welt nicht lösen können. Zuerst gibt es das Team, dann die einzelnen Personen. Working in the automotive paint world for more then 10 years. Mainly in the area of hydro plastic components. Experience with European and international costumers. My technical understanding of the products, paired with the knowledge on the line, helps to deal with the tasks and problems to satisfy the customer. Great things never came from comfort zones
