Responsibilities included: - Analyzed revenue and cost synergies, combined margins and pro forma financials - Attended meetings and conference calls concerning the acquisition - Drafted an internal report on how costs have evolved at the target company and suggest alternatives to reduce costs - In addition, familiarized myself with Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products and drafted sales emails targeting key clients
