Involved Manage both L2 and L3 support Tickets (on-shore, near-shore and best-shore) to deliver the ITO services for EMEA region. Is accountable for all P1/P2 production issues to ensure quick service restoration and track the follow-ups to avoid next happening. Involved in Providing functional and technical support to customer in multi-shift mode Responsible for working under the strict guidance of SLA designed and agreed by Client. Log issues into call tracking system.
