Built an AI-driven platform capable of intelligent document analysis, real-time troubleshooting, and automated task extraction from manuals, supported by a RAG-based search and response system. Developed a web scraper that extracted structured data for over 12,500 brokers, reducing manual data-collection time by 95%. In addition, designed a student-course allocation system that automated prerequisite checks, capacity handling, and reporting, cutting workload by 70% and improving scheduling reliability.

Built an automated Python tool with my team to detect missing or inactive hubs across network routes, improving diagnostic accuracy and reducing manual inspection time by 68%. Additionally, developed a fully responsive e-commerce platform prototype for Vodafone contributing to a proposed redesign for future product releases.
