The mission consisted in developing an analysis of the competitive environment and strategic plan for SNCB Mobility (Belgian national rail passengers carrier). This mission was conducted independently of SNCB, in the context of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management Strategy Seminar with the support of McKinsey & Company.

The mission consisted in the analysis of the impact of changes in the Belgian tax code on the activities of Delta Lloyd Life (a major Belgian life insurance company), from an operational and IT perspectives.
