I generated the fix costs budget on my own, including payroll budget; I developed a multidimensional fix cost report discussed during a monthly meeting : • I collected the technical explanations for the financial deviations, • I circulated the summary of the meeting to the management • And I forecasted the fix costs level for the coming months. On the occasion of the SAP implementation, I set up the new cost center structure;

I was responsible for the yearly sales and treasury forecast; I calculated the project sales price and the project hedges; I prepared the quarterly project indicators and organized the Project Review; I was in charge of the upload of the new rolling forecast in SAP; As a deputy, I accomplished the upload of the monthly closing data and forecast in the corporate tool;

I was in charge of the market analysis and of the sales forecast preparation; I developped the fix costs report for R&D projects; I summarized the supplier contracts to the management to define the opportunities of fix cost reduction;
