Lead the pan EU strategic sales engagement with EADS and deliver targeted growth

• Drive a team of 7 sales Account managers across Europe • Coordinate sales activities and align sales processes in EU (Contract management, pricing policy, RFP..). • Negotiate at European level, contract with our partners/manufacturers. • Negotiate cross national deals with EADS 8 Digit Numbers

• Responsible for short term demand (next 9 months ) to optimize the supply chain and determine financial Forecast. • Responsible for Mid term demand (next 6 quarters ) to optimize capacity planning , machinery & head account investment. • Drive Sales Budget process. • Define safety stock level • Manage Allocation management • Train sales people on Business Planning & Supply Chain Management •Project management: Implementation of a new corporate Sales and Operational planning Processes/tools.

Responsible for the European Automotive Market. • Responsible for 10 coworkers serving the international Key Accounts • Responsible for Order and delivery Management • Global project Management (Improvement Service & processes for key customers) • Responsible for Escalation and Allocation

• Responsible for the Business Balance Scorecard (BBS) • Project management of a global sales contract monitoring tool. (business owner of the tool “VPA tracker”) • Reporting worldwide for Sales organization • Key SAP implementation team member.
