I manage a significant number of drug development programs using a functional outsourcing model. Here I oversee programs from early discovery to phase 1 for small molecules, peptides, antibodies, proteins and antisense drugs across a diverse range of molecular targets and disease indications.

As Project Director at InSymbiosis I provided research services and collaborative research opportunities to the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The main focus was on the development of a new business model based on functional outsourcing.

As Research Scientist I oversaw all standard in vitro drug metabolism and ADME studies. In addition, I was responsible for the good laboratory practice (GLP) compliance of the labs. I standardized the work flow and documentation and was the single point of contact for the Quality Assurance Unit.
