I know each person on my team by creating bonds and affinities. I give constant feedbacks, personalized 1:1s and, of course, we celebrate each victory together, as we also learn from each mistake. • Use of data to develop strategies such as experiments. • Responsible for team efficiency, problems, incidents and deliveries.
