Data Analysis and Mathematical Modelling in Biomedical Research. Design of in vitro experimental projects. Conceptualization of data models and data analytical schemes for evaluation of in vitro and clinical data. Participation in several EU grant applications aiming at understanding, treating, and preventing childhood obesity with main focus on data analysis.

Principal investigator for data analysis in project "Beta-cell function in juvenile diabetes and obesity” (Beta-JuDO), supported by EU FP7 program. Responsible for differential quantification of pancreatic islet proteomes, data analysis in complex biomedical systems, metabolic pathway analysis. Development of novel techniques for data analysis. Integration of new findings between pre-clinical and clinical research groups.
