Leading the process for defining, planning, visualizing and implementing existing and new best practice processes with the global target of standardization and sustainability. Providing innovative approaches to streamline processes and eliminate waste / re-modify non-value-adding activities and guarantee sustainability. Development and execution of change management plans that contribute to an improvement in efficiency to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements with the customers.

IT Process & Support Management: First-Level support of all used software solutions. Design and implementation support of IT software solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS). Implementation of EDI / API Interfaces in cooperations with the Clients. Provide process trainings for employees.
