My role: supporting the Service Quality and Legislation Branch. I review, and progress memos recommending statutory sanctions against various children’s services based on non-compliance identified against the National Law and regulations; I develop internal processes and respond to various stakeholder and public queries.

My role consisted of project delivery and administration and I was the nominated team lead for engaging with the community by providing guidance, materials and support. In addition, I was responsible for managing sustainability grant projects and the coordination of a variety of council run community sustainability stalls at events.
