Responsible for posting of invoices for consolided companys and other customers, issuing of credit notes and callcelation invoices, reporting to managers in Germany, posting of accruals, streamlining the proceses, preparing documentation for weekly Telco's, creating new pricing conditions in SAP

account receivable department: monthly process migration from France (consolided company), payments, issues of invoices and credit notes, netting, accounts reconciliations, monthly, quarterly sending of balances, confirmations, issue and sending out monthly statements for customers, follow up on delayed payments and report irregularities, process cash payments, resolve customers queries, improvements of processes.

responsible for payments with agreed terms and conditions, compliance with internal control rules, netting, contact with suppliers, accounts reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and annual activities (confirmations of balances, reporting of unposted invoices to customer), sending reminders and monitoring of accounts, improvements of processes.
