I'm responsible for ordering required materials and coordinating with suppliers for on-time deliveries and responding to the on-going issues, such as short-term production plan changes, invoice differences etc.

I was working independently on continuous structural improvement projects and was responsible for supervising the supply planning team (splitting responsibilities, workload measure, backup matrix).

Main responsibilities: preparing a mid- and long-term production plan based on the available forecast, ongoing response to production problems (e.g. lack of materials, reduction of production capacity), arranging and coordinating meetings with demand planners to define current inventory policy etc., supervising the introduction of new products.

Main responsibilities: preparing a mid- and long-term production plan based on the orders and trends (SAP APO), ensuring the availability of an optimal stock, checking the expiry dates and caring about freshness of stock.

Responsibilities: planning production orders and supervising their timely execution, ensuring availability of products according to customer requirements, ensuring a constant stock level in the warehouse and appropriate use of production capacity.
