During the third year at the university I've spent 8 months assisting teachers in classrooms by actively teaching the English language in Fuerteventura, preparing materials for the class, independant teaching if teacher not present/ off sick, giving a free afterschool class to final year students in preparation for the final exam.

Working for a social Housing Association, advising the future tenants about application process, dealing with rent arrears and maintenance issues, liaising with various contractors and internal departments, translating letters and interpreting when it was required during house visits, administration tasks and help with training new employees.

As a part of a team for UK Passport Service I was dealing with inbound calls regarding passport applications and nationality queries, completing passport applications over the phone, training new staff and transferring the calls accordingly to other departments.
