Build, implement and develop strategies (account plan) on major global accounts with view on current Air Liquide sales position. Manage customer relationship, AL network and international projects. Serving the global account by travelling internationally, supporting local discussions by closing deals and/or to limit threats to AL existing business. Follow up on opportunities, take leadership on negotiations and ensure proper reporting. Negotiate international Frame Agreements to enforce customer liaisons.

Business responsibility for all related sales activities (bulk & cylinder gases, electronic materials, equipment & installations, services) including contract management. Creative and successful development of turnover in a competitive and price sensitive environment.

Strategic orientation and cross fertilisation (European wide) of acquired customer service activities (Total Gas & Chemical Management, Tankfarm Operations) of key customers and co-ordination of all Electronics operating activities in Germany.

Developing, designing, engineering and bringing new products to market. Project management, supporting sales and marketing with technical expertise. Deputy of quality and manufacturing manager.

Leading 3 teams, budget responsibility water analysis lab, waste water plant, ultra high purity water plant, compressed air, natural gas, process gas systems etc. with a total budget of approx. 16 million Euro.
