Was responsible for supplier process audits and qualification. TGA and DSC analysis of polymers,corrosion studies on brake components(Salt spray testing),Mechanical and NDT testing. I successfully set up IMDS and ELV procedure for the organization and was responsible for the handling of the same for the projects in the locations India, Europe,Brazil, Australia and China.

In Bharat forge limited I was responsible for processing customer inquiries, preparing manufacturing process plans according to various technical parameters .I initially worked extensively in mechanical testing, failure analysis, Metallography ,Heat treatment and Quality assurance activities (APQP,PPAP) . I used a variety of Quality tools like 5 Why, 8-D ,CAPA ,Pareto Charts,Check sheets. I was a team memeber in new product development and quality audits.
