Was responsible for Implementing, deploying and managing regular database and clustered MPP database (GreenPlum), EMC storage and replication solutions. Explain technical issues to customer and single point of contact during shift for ongoing critical issues. Performance analysis on GreenPlum database by analyzing SAR logs, Storage SPCollects, and Need to provide RCA to customer for high priority issues. Ensure quick resolution for all technical issues, and introduce CIPs to reduce repeated incidents
