"Calculation of fluid-structure interactions using a FEM-CFD coupling for the example of a Generic sump". The vibration analysis of the engine oil pan was performed using the finite element method (FEM) coupled with computational fluid dynamics (CFD).

The adoption of an Aluminium-air battery. Aluminium-air batteries have the aptitude to supply 4 times more power than traditional Lithium-air batteries with the added benefit of more sustainable sourcing of the Aluminium metal. Commercial electrolytes that enable the rechargeability of Aluminium-air batteries are still under research and development.
