As a part of DACH Sourcing team, I will be resposnible for creating a pipeline of candidates in engineering and life science roles in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

• Organizing requisition intakes with senior managers; advising managers and ensuring that they prioritize the most adequate skills for openings. • Providing market input regarding skills and rates • Reviewing CVs and recommending best caliber candidates • Providing recruitment and contracting coaching for agencies, contractors, and hiring managers to improve performance of the delivery service.

• Coordinating recruitment for leading clients in banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland. • Assessing candidates’ suitability for each role by remote and face-to-face interviews. • Using, specifying, and implementing sourcing strategies through databases, job boards, professional social media, personal network, etc. • Maintaining excellent relations with candidates: often coaching on adapting a CV to the role requirements; preparing candidates for job interviews.

During Master 1 studies I made a Professional Internship at French Institute of Teacher Training in Grenoble, France where I elaborated an e-portfolio for learning roman languages. During Master 2 I carried out my internship in SL&C language school, which then led me to a full employment contract.
