I believe that the best ideas come out when friends are having fun. As a certified innovative thinking trainer I was inspiring adults to think differently and create. New Innovation and Tech Agency was created in Georgia based on my proposal, as a creator I was invited to help set up overall strategy, marketing and PR teams, events, advice on Tech Park development and Fab Labs network.

Made commercial development projects analysis valued more than $100M like shopping malls, hotels, business and residential towers. Largest project: made analysis and business plan for development of 40 hectares land plot, included 30 residential buildings, 4 office towers, shopping mall, 5* hotel, 3 schools, a stadium and sport center. Project now developed by 30%.

Short-term contract. Managed local marketing research and analytics team for McKinsey Moscow people for their global client in Kazakhstan. Created route to market for new brands found major problems through the interview with distributors. Brand re-positioning and sales growth strategy.

• 26% reduce in product questions calls due to the new clear web site, 2012 (call center data). • Created clear and transparent communication with the consumers via online and offline channels. • Managed 7 external events with more than 2.000 participants and a budget of $150K including VIP events like golf and equestrian tournaments, charity auctions ect. + many more things which did not fit there. • Redesigned and managed corporate web site through outsource IT ; • Managed press conferences with a bank's tops; • Editor in monthly magazine publishing (1.000 copies, 20 pages); • Managed analytical articles in external resources; • Wrote speeches / interviews of the banks top management; • Created a response system and managed complaints book and all negative comments/publications in social media.

Negotiating and proposal, project management, team management, research, analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, architect negotiation, property valuation. • Done 23 projects around KZ, with capitalisation of more than $100M each, 14 was constructed (nevertheless crisis period); • Debts negotiation during the crisis also was on my behalf. Once I was negotiating 1.5 years with our client to bring JLL $100k for finished work and succeed.
