• Lead full sales processes simultaneously with a strong emphasis on new B2B sales whilst expanding existing accounts. • Review, analyse and understand prospects’ businesses and/or pain point to determine needs and identify potential business opportunities. • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts: AbInBev, Danone, Heineken, Carlsberg, Asahi, Innocent, Starbucks, PepsiCo, etc., 40 + accounts. • Accurate monthly and quarterly forecast and revenue delivery by measuring leading KPIs.

• Define & execute a go-to-market commercial and expansion strategy in Poland. • Identify new business opportunities/ routes to market-based on data-driven information and by visiting end-users if needed. • Manage a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close. • Conduct workshop, steering committees and product conventions for the main partners. • Lead Polish sales division through hands-on sales coaching, increasing revenue by ~€ 300k

• Coordinate the whole sales & forecasting process of the Italian market. • Optimize the sales process by prioritizing, planning & organizing the sales activities. • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Provide outstanding experience & service to customers, boosting their satisfaction. • Report sales performance & client issues to the Sales Manager. • Manage and update CRM (Salesforce.com) with accurate customer and pipeline data to improve tracking of prospects, goals & quota.
