•Sourcing and developing candidate pipelines for open roles cross-functional, across EMEA via the most up to date sourcing tools and techniques •Responsible for identifying, screening and filling candidate pools with top Talent from EMEA •Work very closely with key internal stakeholders & partners including HR Operations & Hiring managers •Weekly Recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers/Directors

Recruitment of non-management positions. Recruitment of multilingual associates, specialising in fluent English with one or more second language, including: Danish, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Conducting new hire orientation. Acting as the first point of contact For new associates relocating to Cork. Conducting pre screening assessments and interviews. Sourcing candidates. Providing feedback and one to one interview techniques sessions.

An in depth study of French, language, culture and literature. Involving a year spent in France using immersion to improve my language skills.
