Dr. Katerina Falk

Project management role focusing on leading R&D projects for the high voltage automotive applications, namely development of novel Si and SiC chip products and technologies for traction invertors used in electric vehicles. The role focuses on the leadership of international cross-functional teams, technical development, budget planning, FMEA, etc.

The main work included the design and teaching of a new course in Plasma Physics, examination, teaching seminars, and leading student projects from bachelor to PhD level.

Head of research group specialising in X-ray spectroscopy and the study of structure, transport properties and equation of state of non-ideal plasmas relevant to inertial confinement fusion, material science and astrophysics. My interest lies in application of lasers and x-ray sources for probing and imaging including industrial applications.
