• Full selection of personnel for current open vacancies (from telephone interview to formal job offers – depending on department’s system of election); • Mass recruitment to Audit department (selection of application forms, telephone interview, testing, etc.); • Cooperation with Recruitment companies; • Participation in Job-Fairs; • Full conducting of internal Referral Bonus Program; • Preparation of advertisement materials; • other.
