Relationships building between Nestlé and Agency on Regional level. Develop, validate, communicate and implement Media Sourcing Strategy within Zone Nestlé markets in the assigned region. Deliver a competitive advantage to the business/Markets and ensures sustainable & compliant supply within Media Buying

Market Procurement - lead media negotiations (full scope). Relationship building through Driving diplomacy and win/win mentality, creative problem solver within Nestlé and Agencies teams. Develop, lead and own key digital projects in the areas: digital media spend efficiency, organic search performance, social media listening, recipes solution and services, consumer advocacy for Nestlé brands. Reporting to Executive Board on all Media and Digital related topics

Development of Media communication strategy, Implementation of approved strategy (all media). Project management within Agency team, Working with and control of TV and non-TV buyers. Leading Team for Nestle account (6 direct reports)
