Providing legal advice and manage corporate law inquiries, healthcare, commercial, and competition law to European markets CSL Behring in e.g. Croatia, Israel, Turkey, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Nordics. Support the business in launching new products, negotiating pricing strategies and commercial agreements.

Acting as strategic Legal Partner to the Commercial Operations teams, Regulatory Affairs, Medical, PV, Quality and HR departmens in East and Central Intercontinental region including, but not limited to, affiliates in Turkey, MEA, Switzerland, Israel, Russia and CIS. Supporting the business functions in establising new affiliates and merge&aquisition activities within the Intercontinenal region. Supporting the E&C and GTC functions in conducting audits and other ethic and trade compliance activities.

Provide Legal and Compliance support of all functions of CSL Behring entities in Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Cezch Republic, Russia, and several Western Europe countries like Italy and Greece. Provide legal and compliance trainings to colleagues and business partners of CSL Behring. Manage litigations and complex contract negotiations (e.g. distribution agreements, R&D agreements, supply and sourcing agreements, CDAs, MTAs, logistic service agreements) in CSL Behring's interest.

Legal support of all functions within CSL Behring including, but not limited to, Commercial Operations in Germany, HR, R&D (for European and CIS countries related CTAs and CROs), Engineering, Sourcing, HR and IT. Drafting, review and negotiation of distribution, supply-, logistic service provider, CDas, MTAs and other legal contracts and documents. Manage litigations in CSL Behring's interest. Provide legal review of SOPs, policies and HCP/HCO promotional materials.
