Moved to Germany after graduation and took this position at E.ON Energy Trading in order to settle into Germany and get the feel for it. Primarily work with the project controller tracking the budgets and checking spending. Additionally, I create monthly financial reports and keep the company project database up to date with SAP data. Updating the database includes checking the accuracy of the data.

Responsible for all financial duties including payroll, payroll and state sales tax filing, sales receipts processing, paying vendors, and credit card payments • Reconciled monthly bank and credit card statements. • Input all necessary ledger entries into system to ensure accurate financial documentation.

•Responsible for the financial needs of a multi-million dollar private development firm including payroll, bookkeeping and management of taxes. •Performed office administrative duties such as filing, answering phones and customer inquiries and giving tours of the buildings to the clients. • Special projects as needed such as creating ownerʼs manual for care and maintenance.
