Healthcare Sector HR business partner for 5 Sector Cluster Leaders (Southwest Europe, Northwest Europe, Germany, Middle East/ Africa and Russia/CEE), the CRM organization in Erlangen and the German Diagnostic organization

HR Support for 600 German employees of the Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics– and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Holding GmbH and 900 international employees in Poland, Austria, SEE, Switzerland, Italy, Nordics and Netherlands. Functional HR support of the EMEA Service organization. Main focus between November 2007 and now: Integration of 3 companies with different working conditions, backgrounds and cultures into one new company: Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics.

HR Support for 70 German employees of the Holding GmbH and 100 international employees in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Labor Law consulting for all sites except Americas.
