Responsible regarding falsified pharmaceuticals and parallel trade and advising senior management regarding anti-counterfeiting and parallel trade, including implementation of the Falsified Medicine Directive (EU). Handling of general copyright and personality rights matters as well as mainly German employee inventor remuneration.
