Acting as business & legal consultant to all channels of MTV Networks in GAS through early involvement in business processes and appropriate legal action. Supporting all business functions on all business & legal affairs issues (having sole responsibility on consulting on legal & business affairs issues, preparation, negotiations of contracts, trade mark issues etc).

Acting as business & legal consultant to all channels of MTV European /MTV North. Focus on negotiation and drafting of the agreements, e.g. Distribution Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Production Agreements,Digital Media etc.
