Dream Careers is a startup/small business that provides high school and college students summer internship opportunities and career mentorship. Kazim served as the defacto CTO of Dream Careers to provide business and thought leadership to assist with critical business decisions including capital procurement, branding, product launches, source selection, process improvement, and business development.

At Gartner, Kazim was a business management and strategy consultant working directly with upper level management to make key decisions that support business objectives and implement the management processes and tools required to manage today’s complex business and IT environment. His work included: -Developing IT Strategic Plans -Performing Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) and cost/benefit analysis -Providing large scale sourcing/acquisition support -Providing thought leadership for agency re-organizations

In his time with Booz Allen Hamilton, Kazim proved to be a dynamic leader always producing outstanding results. Kazim lead a growing team focused on providing direct military communications modeling and simulation training and detailed customer support to hundreds of government clients across the globe. The team focused on the client support and training of the Joint Communications Simulation Sytem (JCSS), developed by OPNET Technologies.
