Kelly was a member of the LEED Technical Advisory Group for Energy & Atmosphere and contributes to topics such as Commissioning, Energy Efficiency and Energy Modeling from 2013 to 2017. Kelly is LEED AP BD+C certified with (Building Energy Assessor Professional) BEAP and (Building Commissioning Professional) BCxP ASHRAE accreditations.
