In July I took on the role of Team Leader for the Sourcing team. My responsibilities included managing the day-to-day running of the Resource team, ensuring everyone hit their targets on a daily basis and tracking performance. My role as a Resource Consultant is to source the very best candidates that specialise in technologies throughout Europe. My role is to network and create business relationships amongst these communities to harness business opportunities.
