The Art of Health, TAOH
The Art of Health, TAOH was established in 1993. As a triathlete and NDEITA athletic dance instructor, the tools and discipline I used would rise up from my muscle memory in ways that have lead to the intent, purpose, and creation of TAOH. Paralyzed on the right side of my body by a motor accident, the ancient and beautiful art of the human design revealed itself through years of expression back to whole form. The tools that came became TAOH shared with others of all walks of life.
