Maintaining an existing budget application written in c#, asp.net core, mssql server for Strategy and Budget Presidency.

We use c#,asp.net core, postgresql, fast reports, rabbitmq, angularjs, kendoui in an accounting project named Nova. As a Senior Software Engineer I designed and developed the Reporting module (end user report design, etc.) and service integration with government tax applications and account transactions with banks.

Maintained an ERP project for Directorate general of migration Management. I used WCF, C#, Oracle, Asp.net Mvc, Cqrs. I also made the crisis management for the organization about missing documents.

Design and developed a front end framework and a component suite for a Hospital Information System with angular and typescript as a Senior Software Engineer. Mentored other team members (near twenty devs) for angular and web application logic.

Developed a GIS application with openlayers, asp.net mvc, Postgresql, Post GIS, c#. A team of cartographers succeeded in an enumeration project with our application.

Developed an IRM project with c#, .net, java. It used basic cryptology algorithms with a custom file format to encrypt pdf files.I designed and developed a mobile application with phonegap cordova. I designed and developed a framework with entity framework, kendo ui,requirejs ,javascript, asp.net mvc. I leaded two developers with that framework and developed a project together. With the help of my framework developers wrote less code but do more.

Designed and developed health care applications with wpf, Silverlight, wcf, mssql server as a Senior Software Engineer. I designed and developed medical security modules with o-auth. I developed a virtual pos integration for Garanti Bank.

Leaded a team of 4 developers for a project made for civic society presidency. We used C#, Wcf, web forms, MS Sql Server. Because of our project, members of civic society organizations won’t need visiting the local governorship for filling near a hundred forms regularly.

Designed and developed many applications for the Ministry of Development. I also counseled the ministry for integration with other ministries and other I.T. matters. I used wcf, c#, javascript asp.net web forms, oracle, mssql server. I integrated development and treasure ministries, therefore the period of creating budget reduced to days without need of paperwork.

I developed salary calculation application with c#, asp.net web forms, oracle, crystal reports. I am proud of calculating salary of near 8000 healthcare personal.

Developed a Hospital Information System Project with c#, windows forms, MS Sql Server. I created patient admission, examination modules used in small polyclinics.

Maintained an existing ERP Project written with Sybase PowerBuilder and Sybase ASE. I achieved to create a simplified accounting module and salary module enhancements for Turkish Grain Board.
