Developed company policies, equipment procurement, and supplier development processes supporting business unit startup.

Recruited to lead worldwide technical centers (US, Germany, Korea, Austria, England, Brazil, and India) and 130 global employees. Planned and approved capital expenditures for all facilities, managed external testing, initiated measurement systems analysis (MSA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) across all locations, and oversaw vehicular wind tunnels, climatic chambers, chassis and engine dynamometers, multi-axis vibration tables, calorimeters, and various durability test equipment.

Drove $120M, three-shift wind tunnel facility (6 wind tunnels including 8 chassis dynamometers, plus 8 climatic chambers) from startup through four years of successful operation. Led all facility operations including safety, security, environmental, maintenance, marketing, and personnel.

Managed engineering operations including capital spending, scheduling, quality control, and process improvement. Performed commercial and industrial electrical product safety testing, trained and consulted overseas clients on US regulations, and supported sales activities through proposal development.
