Design, development, test and modification of a variety of electrical and electronics equipment and powers systems, including communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital, embedded control system, electrical wirings and harness and test equipment. Scope of tasks ranges from conceptual development and initial design to production and deployment support.

Leads New Product Development (NPD) projects for BESS, UPS and Solar Inverter products by analyzing costs and resolving electrical and process issues before mass production. Generates Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and coordinates Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) improvements. Initiates Value Engineering (VE) activities, including product modifications, PCB changes, and cost reductions while maintaining quality
