Contracted for Government Data Centre facility management project, with responsibilities including: 1. Administration, including 24/7 operational support for the Oracle 9i/10g database systems. 2. Manage external resources from other government agencies, partner vendors to achieve the service level agreement of the project, including improving the database performance and initiate recovery activities when system failures occur.

Contracted for BSCS iX billing system upgrade project, primarily with responsibilities including: 1. Review the deliverables which was prepared and submitted by the system integrator to ensure that the requirements of the end users, are met, and other technical aspects are considered. 2. Manage the system integrator for the installation, testing and managing the BSCS system and database.

Responsibilities include: 1. Administration and performance tuning of Oracle 8i/9i/10g databases, SQL Server databases and Siebel Systems, including 24/7 operational support. 2.
