At Fibabanka, as an Expert System Engineer, I oversee critical IT services including Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, AD FS, GPO, DHCP) and collaboration tools such as Exchange, Teams, Zoom, and Enterprise Vault. I also manage virtualization for VMware and Citrix environments and ensure the security of our mail systems with Symantec Brightmail. My role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and efficiency across our IT infrastructure.

At Yıldız Holding and its well-known subsidiaries (Pladis Global, Godiva, McVities, Ülker), I led as a Senior System Engineer and Team Leader. I was pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring the resilience and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Overseeing server and desktop virtualization, storage management, Exchange Online/Server and Active Directory Services. I also spearheaded critical initiatives in backup, disaster recovery, and ITSCM.

At Turkcell, as the IT Project Manager at Istanbul Çam and Sakura City Hospital, I played a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of health applications. I led diverse technical teams and managed subcontractors to deliver high-quality IT operations. My responsibilities also included planning, budgeting, and driving key IT projects, such as RFID/IoT systems, ensuring that they met the hospital's demanding standards for reliability and efficiency.

At Renaissance Cons., I served as IT Chief, leading the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in a major international construction company. I ensured data security and compliance, developed strategic IT plans aligned with company goals, and collaborated with departments to integrate IT solutions seamlessly. My role also involved managing IT budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading a team of IT professionals, while resolving technical issues swiftly to minimize disruptions.

At Bossa, as a Senior System Engineer and Team Leader, I drove IT operations and infrastructure advancements. My role encompassed VMWare server virtualization, managing server/storage, email systems (Exchange, Mail Gateway and Enterprise Vault) and FireWalls, network security. I led a major infrastructure overhaul, including new physical layers, virtualization, and updates across Windows servers, SQL, and more, ensuring robust backup, disaster recovery, and IT service continuity.

While studying Chemistry at Ege University, one of Turkey's leading institutions, I pursued my passion for computer technologies by working and developing my skills in the university's computer labs. My degree is recognized in Europe, which allowed me to blend my academic background with my enthusiasm for IT.

To further develop my long-standing passion for computer technology, I pursued formal education in this field at Cukurova University, where my associate degree is recognized in Europe. During my studies, I also worked in the university library's computer lab, gaining practical experience and enhancing my technical skills.
