Responsible for all aspects the manufacturing operation for large power and mobile transformers including all production planning and maintenance activities. Managed a team of twelve direct reports (supervisors and production planners) and 225 indirect reports (hourly, union personnel).

Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance including all inspection and testing activities for three phase, oil filled, distribution transformers. Managed a team of eleven full-time test engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Responsible for all industrial and manufacturing engineering activities. Developed plant layouts, process flow charts, and labor standards.

As part of a two person team, responsible for all industrial and manufacturing engineering activities at a leading apparel manufacturer. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all labor standards, including presenting new or updated standards to the union, in a plant that employed 500 hourly employees. Day to day support of production supervisors with regards to line balancing and material handling issues.
