• Developed Unit strategy, • Ensured that the Unit R&D portfolio was reviewed annually, and advised on optimization. • Advised management on parliamentary grant (PG) allocation to make based on the Unit R&D portfolio and strategy. • Scheduled and supervised PG funding investment meetings, project review meetings and provided feedback to principal investigators. • Tracked and oversaw Unit R&D outputs. • Wrote Unit operational reports, self-assessment report, strategic and operational plan.

• Leads valuation of business processes, the Unit’s Strategic and Operational plan and of setting of KPIs. • Efficient investment of parliamentary grant (PG,). • Improve the systems, processes and policies in support of the strategy - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. • Write Unit operational reports, portfolio analysis report, self-assessment report, strategic plan and operational plan.
