GM(ZKH Selection/Private Brand BU) As a member of TMT, Leading the core BU of ZKH Selection and Private Brand. Managed P&L of about RMB 600M and 45 associates (product managers, quality, BD, Marketing, digital Operation etc.). Direct reporting to the founder and Group CEO. Creating the strategy for “ZKH Selection”, identifying the product selection criteria, catalog classification, level segmentation, brand limitation and product standardization. Forming the “best product pool” in digital form.

Acting as Deputy GM with P&L responsibility of EUR 60M together with the German GM. Led Project management, engineering, Sourcing and supply chain, quality, after sales, production, ERP, Finance, HR etc. with about 100 subordinates. Directly reported to the global COO/CEO.

Launched the first-ever ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance System) mass production as a local manufacturer in domestic market. And led a project team of about 20 subordinates. Directly reported to GM.

Operationally ran a plant of $30M in WGQ free trade zone and managed a full functional team including Sourcing, planning, production, warehouse, In/export, quality, customer service. Reported to China GM and Global COO.
