Turned a very run down private island into a functioning environment for the owners to enjoy. Supervised the construction of a 3,200' Staff house. Qualified as a private pilot because the island had it's own airstrip.

Uninhabited 350 acre Private island in the Exumas
Lived and functioned with my wife on a deserted uninhabited island for 9 months (the first month in a tent) cutting miles of pathways with a chainsaw (because of environmental concerns) and establishing home sites (4 ) and a Marina for the future construction of the $20 million project. Following this initial stage, represented and managed the owners needs during 3 yrs of construction.
