Working on the reconciliation and the clean up of Microsoft's customer debtor accounts within French, Luxembourg & Belgium markets. Follow-up, Analysis & Reporting of debtor accounts by aging. Daily relationship with customers and Microsoft partners (Sales Excellence, Controlling...). Credit Risk Assessment and recommendations provided to Credit Managers.

Providing relevant information to customer, Orders registration. Management of returns, credit notes issuing, cancellation, shipping. Communication with customers and suppliers about the wholesale flow of product from warehouse facility to end customer. Analysis and activity reporting elaboration.

Provide a support role for all other consolidation and reporting processes. Prepare supplemental financial reports on ad hoc basis as requested by management. Prepare and review monthly analytical schedules. Variance analysis to ensure accuracy of datas reported. Provide technical accounting support and guidances to the legal enitites, as required.

Receiving, identifying and transferring calls and emails. Meeting, greeting & welcoming business clients and internal clients. Booking meeting rooms, following up meeting room requests & maintaining the meeting room calendar. Recording and handling all incoming & outgoing couriers & dispatching to the appropriate person. Responding to customers enquiries in term of cash management and bank offers.

Learning in detail the business purpose and activities of the group, working on a daily basis with customers and salesmen from 3 different regions to maintain good relationship and improve sales.

Helping with customers enquiries on a daily basis. Supporting sales events within base store. Being a brand ambassador for Volkswagen. Administrating the sales process as appropriate as well as providing administration activities for the events and other marketing activities.
