DC/DC converter design for Datacenter power supply such as BMP/PSiP/VRM, include topologies, magnetic design, semiconductor design and packaging etc.

Main role is to design and develop new magnetic components such as HF transformer, Inductor, Gate drive transformer and PFC in way to meet customer requirements. In addition provide continues technical support to sales team to hunt new customers and growth business, Pr-screening new projects, mentor new Engineers and support customers with troubleshooting to solve issues.

Very short time period working in Automotive market, specific Electrical Vehicle market for high power application. The main roles were: • Test verification of high power DC-DC on board charger up to 180kW. • Design, simulate and optimize magnetic components using Finite Element Analysis (FAE) for DC-DC on board charger. • Analysis of the system requirements and categorization the requirements. • Project management.

Dual job roles, worked as research and development design engineer to develop and design next generation of magnetic components using (On chip magnetic component) and at the same time worked as power electronics engineer to develop new generations of isolated DC-DC power modules.

Custom design and develop all types of transformers which they use in SMPS topologies (Flyback, push-pull, isolated buck, LLC and signal transformer) for European customer. Experience in power electronic systems (AC-DC/DC-DC converters). Develop technical documentation and provide technical support to sales staff and customers. Assist project planning and provide production and manufacturing support. Understand safety specifications to meet customer's requirements.
