- Initiate project execution and monitor performance of other departments involved and identify critical and/or delayed project activities. - Liaise with all involved project parties to ensure that the project progress is maintained and solve discussed issues. - Generate and assist in reports on a regular basis - Support on analysis and the development of solutions for complex issues. - Report project progress, assist and stand in on behalf of the Project Manager in his absence.
