Worked as a Specialist Engineer for implementing new applications and projects, including but not limited to planning, development, and execution. Developing IT infrastructure with an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, security, data confidentiality and system integrity.

Worked as a full-time systems administrator following the initial consulting role to manage and maintain 100+ Windows server environment, ensuring better uptime. Also, oversaw the entire IT infrastructure of DLMS (Digital Land Management System) project as well as support DC/DR site and regional (District & Divisional) office this includes Server, Storage, Network, PC, Online UPS, and other peripheral devices.

- Assisted with computer Lab administration in all levels of hardware and software support as needed. - Maintained daily basis inspection of the entire IT system equipment like computers, printers and other peripheral devices (i.e. DVR, MC, Router).

- Monitored eCommerce website performance and modified the content frequently. - Provided high-level daily hardware support for Desktop Computer and other IT system maintenance.
